This is why I love to Sail

After nearly a year in the home made cradle I'm sure she felt much more at ease in the water.

Finding a 40 ton crane and getting the tides in the canal at a good level she slipped her hard ground cradle to find a home in the water, what a great feeling.

Snug in her 6 inchstraps the crane lifted her as if she were a delicate small child.  Within 2 hrs we had her in the water, mast installed and the rigging eased to allow her to settle in position.

Sitting back at her dock ready to be completed with the new interior that has already been fitted.

This is the temperary control panel, simple but did the job until the perminate position of the controls can be established.
